The 2007 NFL draft started yesterday. I liked all 3 of the Vikings picks. All three should have an immediate impact on the team.

Bob asked me yesterday if flash would work in WordPress. I used Kimili flash embed for WordPress. Also, I saw they have a version for TextPattern at the same site.

Its one month until its time for my yearly camping trip to West Virginia. Greg is on a no glucose diet due to Celiac so were going to have to watch what foods we bring this year. He is so sensitive to glucose that even cross contamination from the grill could be a problem.

I decided I needed a new tent this year. I have a little one man tent thats very lightweight and designed for backpacking. Having Tucson with me I needed something bigger. I decided to skip up to a 4 person tent with enough room to stand up in. That way I have a back packing tent thats light enough to carry and a big heavy ‘luxury’ tent. Here is the one I got :

I am currently making some changes to the site. Mostly trimming out all of the old stuff and making a few improvements.

The photo album might be acting a little funny. I just completed an upgrade and some of the features appear to be broken.

4/25 I have fixed the problems. Unfortunately I had to reinstall and lost all my photo descriptions. I will try to rewrite them at some point.

Carol Smith was recently recorded for an upcoming episode of Wheel of Fortune. In order to see how she does, tune in Thursday December 28th. Her family lived across the street from us whil I was growing up, and Carol and my Mom worked together at several jobs, and she is one of the member’s of my Mom’s Los Vegas crew. Way to go Carol! I am going to attempt to record the episode and convert it for viewing here after it airs.
